Shangri La is a deeply luxurious, spacious house of high ceilings and polished marble floors. Set in large, private grounds within the smart residential area of Las Chapas, just 500 metres from the beach and a short drive to the glamorous resort of Marbella, the extensive lawns and landscaped gardens are screened from neighbouring villas by tall, mature palms and pines. Shangri La has a grand presence, with an impressive balcony running the width of the upper floor, and a huge, raised terrace flanked by polished marble columns, creating a spacious outdoor living room overlooking the garden and pool. A fully-equipped bar in one of the two living rooms and a grand staircase with chandelier set the scene, along with the beautiful covered terrace that is fully furnished with low, wide rattan sofas and an outdoor dining suite, all completely in character with the house. Every bedroom is equally as luxurious - each having en suite bathroom complete with whirlpool bath and hydro massage shower - and all rooms have a CD player and television.
